Our opening menu, with prices. Everything is baked or brewed here, most of it in the stone oven that gives us our name. The kitchen is still fine-tuning recipes and portions, so a few things may shift before we open — but this is the plan, and we think you’ll like it.

About the photographs. Dishes marked from our oven are our own — baked in the OCAK kitchen and photographed there. For the rest we are using openly licensed photographs of the same dishes until we shoot them ourselves — photo credits. Two items are still marked photograph pending.
